SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Business Analyst with payments experience and project management skills?

POSITION INFO:

A digital payments solutions company is looking for a flexible and agile Business Analyst with exposure or experience within other African countries to join their team. The successful candidate will need to be innovative and creative with the ability to provide internal and external training. The Business Analyst will need to link business, marketing and systems and translate this to the necessary departments. DUTIES:

• Stakeholder engagement
• Manage deliverables and project milestones
• Provide internal and external training
• Conduct market research within target markets, establish a market need and assess market competition
• Define project requirements, monitor and track project progress and communicate financial and operational changes

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Postgraduate degree – advantageous
• Min. 5 years experience as a Business Analyst/Software marketing/Product management
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Payments industry exposure or experience - advantageous
