Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
We require a BA to join this national company in Kuils River to work with the payroll and business interfaces. This is a 12 month contract position.

POSITION INFO:

Qualification and experience requirements:

1. IT/Business degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, System Design, Management Science, Business studies, Information Systems, Business Analyst)
2. Project Management Diploma/Certificate - preferred
3. Affiliation to a professional institution for Business Analysis (IIBA) - beneficial
4. Experience with the PaySpace Payroll System
5. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years’ experience within the retail, HR and Finance environment
6. Business process exposure/understanding (HR & Payroll) 
7. Process optimizing/improvement 
8. Elicitation and documenting BRS/BRD 
9. IT and 3rd party collaboration 
10. Setup and Management of Testing 
11. Project Management
12. Unified Modeling Language

The role will involve:

• Control / mitigate project deliverables
• Present and communicate to steerco and project teams
• Information gathering from relevant stakeholders
• Co-ordinate project tasks and manage milestones to the project team
• Draft and design process flows and system integrations
• Provision of detailed documentation of information, data and solutions
• Supply users with skills & knowledge of processes and the system via training sessions and workshops to enhance culture of super users
