Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
A progressive entity in the healthcare sector is currently in the market for a seasoned professional to take up a role as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate must be proficient in SQL and a collaborator who will manage company data in various business areas.

POSITION INFO:

Document, implement and maintain digital survey tools that record on site activities of end users with existing third applications and mobile devices

Ensure data collected from end users are converted accurately into digital reports and visualizations for a variety of stakeholders and use cases, in a timely manner

Assist the department head with identifying and evaluating areas to further enhance service delivery and designing and evaluation new processes and systems to support these requirements

Track and report data

Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally

Maintain and query databases

Maintain JIRA and manage product features

Maintain a competitive market knowledge

Skills & Experience:

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Experience working with data and data visualization software

Advanced SQL skills

Exposure to C# and JavaScript is advantageous

Qualification:

Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience
