SUMMARY:
To gather, interpret and develop actionable steps so that it would improve the company processes

POSITION INFO:

Purpose of the job:

To gather, interpret and develop actionable steps so that it would improve the processes and ultimately optimize the results. Analyzing current trends within the business and continually assessing the company needs.

Key Results Areas include:

• Understanding the business normalities
• Analyzing whether new processes and procedures would benefit the business.
• Investigating, determining and gathering information and finding solutions to current procedural difficulties within the business.
• Interviewing personnel and conducting onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed
• Analyse financial data, revenues and expenditures, and employment reports, among other data
• Finding root causes for problems and proposing solutions that many include new systems, procedures, or personnel changes
• Presenting findings to decision makers
• Conferring with managers to ensure changes work

Experience & Competencies:

• Minimum  5 years post degree working experience
• Relevant required degree
• Own vehicle and Valid SA Driver’s License
• Strong attention to detail
• Above average communication, which would include Executive Level
• Advance working level of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong understanding and working experience within a Project based environment
