SUMMARY:
Business Analyst (fixed term contract 3-5 years)

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Information Systems, or Business Management.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant technical or Information Systems & Technology.

• Working knowledge of International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) practices.
• Experience in business process analysis and business modeling.
• Project Management (PMBOK) Certificate.
• Working knowledge of ERP solution such as Oracle, SAP, Pastel, etc.

Duties

• Establishing and maintaining liaison relationship with business partners and Information Systems & Technology (IS & T) cluster in order to provide effective technical solutions.
• Conducting data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.
• Providing assistance in business case development (i.e., research, data collection).
• Assisting in the development of user test cases and validating test results during testing.
• Working on solutions supporting multiple business areas, integration points and a large number of affected components.
• Gathering and interpreting business and operations requirements from the business.
• Participating in the solution design process.
• Preparing the requirement specifications.
• Performing business analysis and process improvement within assigned solution project.
• Providing assistance to solution delivery on implementation and training.
• Ensuring that proposed test solutions cover all aspects of delivered business specification.
