Business Analyst - Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

Our client in the Automotive Industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets using Excel/Power BI, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights.
Conduct financial analysis, preparing forecasts, and advising on profitability.
Evaluate data critically and make informed financial recommendations.
Optimize business processes for cost efficiency and value maximization.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement modern technological solutions.
Collaborate with clients to develop business cases and create data visualizations.
Monitor contract performance, ensure compliance, and communicate key updates.
Facilitate meetings to capture and communicate stakeholder requirements.
Use data modeling and analytics to support strategic decisions and reporting.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Commerce, or Information Systems.
Skills: Proficient in financial and data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
Attributes: Client-focused, adaptable, proactive, and strong in communication.
Experience: Consulting background preferred, with a focus on project and relationship management.
Technical Knowledge: Strong in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
Mindset: Continuous improvement, critical thinking, and effective collaboration with teams.
