SUMMARY:
Building Supervisor - Parow

POSITION INFO:

We are urgently looking for a Building Supervisor who will be able to ensure general maintenance of a Residential Development. Maintaining the garden, cleaning, ensuring security and reporting on incidents will be the main purpose of this position

MAIN OBJECTIVE:

General Maintenance
Attending and maintaining all gardening work
General cleaning and upkeep of entire complex and all common areas
Responsible for the block security
Reporting of any incidents
Ensure that all handy man work is identified and completed
Refuse removal in a timely and neat manner which entail the cleaning of the refuse bin and holding area
Window cleaning
Attend to the entire facility
Report on all maintenance and emergency works
All Cleaning works to private balconies and private gardens are excluded

The successful candidate will be provided with accommodation at the premises and will be responsible for the prepaid water and electricity.
