SUMMARY:
Property company based in Johannesburg South seeks a Building Manager. This is a live-in position

POSITION INFO:

Accommodation will be covered by the company – direct family members will be allowed to stay with.
Travelling required
All maintenance and repairs within the buildings
Ensure all rules are adhered to
5+ years’ experience in property management
Proficient on MS Office
Daily inspections of the premises and submit paperwork to the head office
Tenant clearance
Monitor quality workmanship
Facilitate viewing of vacant of potential tenants
Attend to tenants within 24 hours
Ensure that contractors complete their work successfully - Cleaners, security staff and contractors
Handle issues relating to plumbing, electricity, light bulbs, repairs of the play, braai and common areas. Repair carpet/tiles.
Ensure that the buildings are up to standards
