SUMMARY:

Our client, a reputable retail company is in pursuit of a confident and customer focused Building Manager to manage the company's properties.

POSITION INFO:

Comprehensive practical knowledge and understanding of:

• Interaction and resolution with tenants
• Management of Health and Safety requirements
• Compiling maintenance programmes
• On-site maintenance audits
• Sourcing and control service providers (eg security, cleaning /hygiene, electrical ,plumbing, fire prevention, lifts, air-conditioning and other technical services)
• Budgeting
• Administration of internal maintenance and security
• Related ad hoc projects
• Travel between sites will be required
