Manage a large block of flats in Sea Point.

Manage the security and various general maintenance

Must have excellent references

Must have experience in facility/building management

One bed apartment is available for 1 or 2 people plus garage

Available immediately

Good people skills and ability to get along with the tenants and body corporate
