SUMMARY:
Durban. Exciting opportunity exists for highly competent Building Maintenance Manager to take charge of an impressive new state of the art, multi-purpose 9000 square metre building which includes bars, restaurants, retail and conference space. This facility is set to attract high volumes of tourists / travellers.

POSITION INFO:

A good understanding of Building Management Systems (BAS), and sound overall knowledge of Maintenance, Electrical and Plumbing systems is required to troubleshoot and identify faults. Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) experience with various suppliers and contractors is essential as well as the ability to communicate clearly with them and to identify root causes.

Requirements:

Good computer literacy with the ability to communicate clearly via MS word, Excel etc.
Experience in the construction industry having worked either for a main contractor or for a Maintenance, Electrical or Plumbing contractor
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Previous maintenance experience in similar field
Matric
