SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Building Estimator that will be working with our client a large concern in the Smoke and Natural Ventilation Industry and who are located in Kempton Park, Johannesburg.

The right candidate should have worked in this type of position for at least a minimum of 3 to 5 years and has exceptional skills when it comes to forecasting costs for projects that need completion.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your main duties will consist off:

Collect and Evaluate Data from all departments
Estimate Costs, Resources, and labour needed to complete projects on time and accurately.
Perform Research from time to time
Gather Quotations
Prepare Reports
Monitor Forecast Plans

Candidate must preferably be between the ages of 25 to 40, able to work hard, and willing to grow with the company.

Candidates must have construction management, building science, or engineering qualification or experience in this type of role.
