Building Foreman Malmesbury

SUMMARY:
Building Foreman required to work on the construction of 395 Low Cost Housing Residential Units in the Malmesbury area of Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 15 years experience gained with well known building contractors and ideally have a trade qualification.
• Preference shall be given to Foreman who have working experience gained on low cost residential building projects

Duties:

• Managing day to day activities of all Trades and reporting to Project Manager on Site
• Managing all aspects of Construction
• Subcontractor measurements and claims
• Ordering of materials
• Keeping record of Staff and materials on a day to day basis

Our Client has been appointed to construct 395 Low Cost Housing Units in the Malmesbury area of Cape Town

The successful candidate shall recieve a 14 month contract of employment
