SUMMARY:
Building Foreman required to work on numerous Residential building projects throughout the Boland, Paarl area of Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

Must be experienced with the following:

Management of Labour
Toolbox talks
Setting Out and Cube Testing
Erect, use and Dismantle access equipment for Construction work
Supervise work to achieve objectives, Individuals and Teams
First Aid

Duties:

Implement health and safety procedures and systems management with local
employees
Skill transfer to workers
Meeting deadlines with numerous sub- contractors
Manage internal program and attending weekly production meetings
Managing different sub- contractors such brick workers, Plasterers, celling, tiling

Additional responsibilities shall be to collect staff from Head Office in the Paarl area each morning and ensure all staff get to site on time as well as ensure all staff arrive safely at Head Office at the end of the working day

Our Client is a Building Contractor who currently have Residential Building Projects including the Development of Guesthouses and Wineries in the Boland area of the Cape Winelands District
