SUMMARY:
Building Foreman required for residential developments throughout the Boland area of Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

Must be able to drive a project and add stamina to all workforce so we are looking for someone not only to oversee a building project but someone who is more than willing to get stuck in and get his hands dirty with the team

Preference shall be given to Foreman who have a trade qualification in bricklaying or as carpenter

A minimum of 10 years construction experience with recognised building contractors is essential and preference shall be given to applications who have proven statistics working with high end developers or contactors

Our client is an established master builder / real estate investment company with a solid track record of delivering hundreds of residential developments through years of experience
