Building Foreman

SUMMARY:
Building Foreman required for a Retirement Lifestyle Village project in the Southern Suburbs area of Cape Town required

POSITION INFO:

Previous Retirement project experience essential.
Hospital project experience an advantage

• You shall be working closely with a Site Engineer and Contracts Manager
• Skills required include exceptional communication skills, planning skills where you will be responsible for driving construction projects on an exclusive retirement centre
• Must have firm leadership skills that include time management
• Must be able to manage subbies in a calm, collective and professional manner

Qualifications and experience required.

• Preference shall be given to Building Foreman who have a Construction Trade qualification such as carpenter or the likes
• 10+ years experience gained with high end Residential OR Hospital building projects is essential

Only open for Southern Suburb, Cape Town based Foreman who ideally reside in the Muizenberg area and ideally have had successful working relationships with subcontractors in the Muizenberg areas

Must have superb finishing skills and must have knowledge of all trades
