JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established Construction Company is looking for an experience and hardworking Building clerk of Works. Here is an opportunity to harness your skills and put your 15+years’ experience in the Industry to the test. Be part of a Great team.
Requirements

Tertiary Qualification in Building or related technical discipline.
Trade apprenticeship.
Minimum of 15 years construction supervision experience (Civil/Building).
Working knowledge of laws and regulations Governing large construction projects.
Working knowledge of building codes
Working knowledge of project management reporting techniques
Excellent communication skills including preparing /compiling detailed technical reports
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
