JOB DESCRIPTION:

Brooklyn, Pretoria: SENIOR LITIGATION SECRETARY (INSOLVENCIES)

Minimum Requirements:

-Well presentable and professional female

-Afrikaans & English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

-Minimum 5 years experience in High Court- and Magistrate’s Court Litigation typing at a law firm a must, specifically in Insolvencies a must

-Dictaphone typing experience with strong typing skills

-Computer literate in Ghost Practice

-Able to work in a high-pressured working environment

-Own reliable transport

-Stable employment record and contactable References

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Typing of High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation, specifically Insolvencies

-Dictaphone tying

-Drafting and typing of legal documents, notices and pleadings

-General litigation secretarial & administrative duties

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
