POSITION INFO:

Brooklyn, Pretoria: LITIGATION SECRETARY

Minimum Requirements:

-Presentable and professional female

-Afrikaans & English first & second languages a must (Key requirement - Afr & Eng client base)

-3 to 5 years Litigation typing experience AT A LAW FIRM A MUST

-3 to 5 years experience in RAF matters (on behalf of Plaintiff), and experience in Civil Litigation A MUST

-Solid knowledge of court process, case lines etc.

-Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy)

-Strong administration skills

-Stable employment record and contactable references

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Road Accident Fund matters (on behalf of Plaintiff)

-Civil Litigation matters (High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation)

-Drafting and typing of legal documents, notices and pleadings

-General Administration

-Dictaphone typing

Salary: R 15 000.00 gross CTC
