Brooklyn, Pretoria: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY

Minimum Requirements:

-Professional and presentable female

-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

-Minimum 5 years recent work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm, attending to Standard Bank Bond Registration and Property Transfers (including Estate Transfers)

-Fully independently function (from receipt of instruction to finalization)

-Computer literate in Ghost Convey

-Stable employment record and contactable reference

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Independently handling of Standard Bank bond registrations and property transfers (including Estate Transfers), from receipt of inception to finalization of the matter

-Drafting of Transfers and Standard Bank bond registration documents

-Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms

-General conveyancing secretarial duties

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
