SUMMARY:
Broker Manager with relevant Broker experience and a proven leadership track record required to look after a team of Broker Relationship Consultants, Broker Service Consultants and Broker Quotation Consultants, servicing both Personal Lines and Commercial policies and clients.

Broker Manager with relevant Broker experience and a proven leadership track record required to look after a team of Broker Relationship Consultants, Broker Service Consultants and Broker Quotation Consultants, servicing both Personal Lines and Commercial policies and clients.

Minimum requirements

• Grade 12
• Relevant short term insurance qualifications and FAIS accreditation essential
• Previous experience in a supervisory/management capacity required
• PL & Commercial insurance experience essential

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Broker Relationship Consultants, Broker Service Consultants and Broker Quotation Consultants
• Reporting
• Coaching and mentoring
• Quality assurance
