Broker Consultant (EAP and Wellness)

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Parktown area has an opportunity available for a Broker Consultant (EAP and Wellness).

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Matric or a relevant tertiary qualification
• Previous experience working with various brokers
• Experience within the broker industry in South Africa
• Knowledge of the Employee Wellness industry
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and people skills
• Professional telephone etiquette (vital)
• Proven experience and track record in sales environment
• Ability to cold call, network to obtain appointments & convert leads timeously
• Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle 
• Presentation skills to executive groups

KPAs:

• Sourcing of relevant brokers to sell the Company''s services and solutions to potential clients
• Relationship building and management within the Broker field in order to become a provider of choice to their clients
• Servicing brokers to establish regular calling and meeting patterns
• Compile Business Plans and Sales Strategies in conjunction with the Director
• Explore potential partnerships and new business initiatives in order to develop strategic alliances and enhance competitiveness
• Develop new business initiatives that will generate revenue for the division
• Sourcing of new business directly or indirectly
• Sell EAP and Wellness related services
• Arrange and confirm appointments with potential clients 
• Prepare and conduct presentations to all levels within the potential client organisation
• Ensure that all leads provided are followed up on
• Ensure that all relevant documentation in terms of the sales administration process is completed accurately
