POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Must have completed grade 12
Must have an A+ and N+ qualification
MS literate
Training will be provided on systems pertaining to the business
Must preferably stay in the Pretoria East area
Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (non negotiable)
Must have 1 year experience in a similar working environment
Must have license and own reliable vehicle
Will do 1st line support on desktops
Will be monitoring Alerts on Identified Systems
Log Incidents and assign to Incident Manager
Ensure that the End User always have a Ticket Reference Number for queries
Willing to work in a team, be honest and trustworthy
