Brewery Milling Assistant - CT

SUMMARY:
A leading Beverages concern is looking for a Milling Assistant to join their world-class manufacturing plant in Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, happy to adapt to a multi-skilled environment and wanting to join a progressive and innovative team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• Microsoft Office

MIN 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE GAINED WITHIN A INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT - MILLING, FOOD PRODUCTION, AGRICULTURAL OR SAME

Duties:

Responsible for milling all brews as per recipe
Maintain notes regarding the recipe and able to make changes where necessary
Testing and monitoring of the process
Food safety
Maintain tools and equipment
Maintain documentation
Communicate effectively regarding the process with the rest of the team.
