Breakfast Chef - Camps Bay

POSITION INFO:

A luxury boutique hotel in Camps Bay is seeking to appoint a Chef / Cook on a 6-month contract to prepare and cook daily breakfasts for guests, prepare light lunches as well as snacks for small events.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience, part of that at least in breakfast for above 40 guests
• Have knowledge of food control, ordering and storage
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Can work independently and under pressure
• Show attention to detail and consistency
• Practice health and safety measures
• Have reliable transport to travel to and from Camps Bay
