SUMMARY:
Brand Representative to Service Equipment/Devices at Clients (Cape Town) 6 Month Contract R7,000 PM CTC

POSITION INFO:

Leading multisensory branding specialists is seeking a vibrant, professional and client facing Service Technician to ensure that client systems are in working order and up to date, responsible for all technical related service and ensuring client satisfaction and product value.

The products consist of experiential marketing through sound, sight and scent thus creating a memorable brand experience.

Requirements:

Computer literate

Driver’s license

Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Well groomed, presentable and impeccable people skills

Excellent communication skills on all levels

Basic technical knowledge i.e. able to wire a domestic plug, use a screwdriver, pliers, drill etc.

Broad knowledge of switchboards (PABX) and switchboard communication flows

Energetic with a “can do” attitude

Basic technical knowledge and able to wire a domestic power plus and use screw drivers, pliers and drill

An aptitude to get things done and confidence to get to the source of technical issues

Must have a driver’s license

Good communication skills and able to communicate on all levels with clients

Well-groomed and presentable

Good English and Afrikaans

Computer literate
