POSITION INFO:
A renowned internet service provider is looking for a Social Media Brand Manager to join their marketing team. You will be driving online customer engagement, target audience engagement, and online sales targets.
Job Description:
In this role, you will lead a team of community managers and ensuring that social media and other online platforms are well managed in terms of responses, response times, escalations and that key metrics are achieved. You will also implement social media marketing campaigns to achieve improved online sentiment.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years working in consumer brand social media marketing, content generation and leading community manager teams (Required)
Experience using social media monitoring and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Brandwatch
Experience crafting relevant responses, managing content plans, and implementing social media campaigns
Portfolio of previous work
Qualification:
Social media marketing qualification either as a diploma, advanced certificate, or degree (Required)
