SUMMARY:
My client are an established company- a specialist who have been running for about 20 years in the area of Risk management and Insurance products. This role is for a hybrid Marketing person who is experienced in both integrated Marketing & Communications; keen to immerse themselves in learning about the industry and providing expertise and fresh solutions to the brand strategy and activity. An individual who is passionate about accuracy and execution. Professional and switched on. The business works with brokers and brokerage firms and take an active role in sponsoring WITS students (with the relevant qualifications and academic results).

POSITION INFO:
You will be required to manage the creative agency to execute on branding projects such as

o   Technical Marketing (product advertising)

o   Digital Marketing

o   Social Media (Google suite included)

You will be responsible to prepare and compile briefs, ensuring the details are accurate and objectives are clear. You will manage the execution and completion of all agency deliverables.

Manage regional industry sponsorships & PR (external editorial)

Solid command of the English language
Good writing and editing skills
Liaise with key stakeholders in the business to ensure alignment of all marketing efforts with strategic business goals and growth objectives

Print / branding collateral
Content planning for campaigns
Branding initiatives // CSI
Draft corporate announcements and broker communication

This role will also include Project planning on new product launches or campaigns

Actively working on the Company newsletter - data and content planning
Website development

Financial acumen - overseeing budgets as well as management of accounts across division

Collaborating with the compliance division to ensure regulatory adherence on branding (eye for accuracy & appetite for all detail, fine print etc)

Preparing the marketing board reports

Stakeholder relations and collaborative marketing approach

Building relationships with brand personnel involved in partnerships such as insurers and brokers

Training

Oversee all touch points of broker training and development, virtual, in-house (together with creating a marketing strategy campaign for each CPD cycle)
IISA relationship for CPD
Manage the academy: online development (content and platform)
Manage planning of events, roadshows etc. Driving the planning and execution of all brand events and supporting materials.
