My client is looking for a brand home manager to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Front Of House Management
  • Run, mentor, grow the brand home front of house team for best-in-class execution and consumer experiences with clear guidelines
  • Overseeing the day to day running and operational protocol of the company brand
  • Devising the brand guidelines
  • Inventing and carry out ways of working to deliver industry leading service levels and execution standards
 
  1. Hospitality Management
  • Performing a “conscious luxury” food and beverage program that incentivizes guests to spend more time and money at the brand home
  • Looking beyond and sustain the standards of our brand home experiences
 
  1. Brand Home
  • Overseeing the Brand Homes shop and retails standards
  • Carrying through efficient and calculated consumer journey blueprint, highlighting key touchpoints.
  • Working closely with the Global Brand Homes Team to ensure alignment with the Group vision
 
  1. Finance Management
  • Correcting Food and Beverage costing (GP Management)
  • Forecasting annual marketing budget, operational expenses, and annual sales numbers
  • Budget complied and approved in line with organisational growth
  • Oversee costs against approved budget and make certain that expenditure lines up with the budget
 
Education and experience:
  1. 5-10 years’ experience in hospitality management, with a strong understand of running High end Restaurants and Bars
  2. Experience in the Alcohol industry is advantageous
  3. Strong understanding and experience in Luxury Brands
  4. Practical Experience in brand-building projects is essential
  5. Hospitality Management Certification
  6. Have a valid driver’s license and own transport
