My client in the services industry is looking for a high performing Branch Manager who can perform under pressure, improve branch profitability and security to join their vast financial team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Following up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/committee/representative/management
Participating in the design and monitoring of the branch
Participating in safety forums
New business development
Monitoring and assessing the market environment
Oversight and management of employee discipline
Adhering to group and company standards on risk and security mitigation
Ensuring compliance with Group Reconciliation and Operational Cash Controls (ROCC)
Training and development
Effective Labour and Organisation
Client retention and customer service levels
Operations management
Managing relationship between actual results, budgets, and forecasts
Maintaining company procedures and policies for CPC, CIT, all cash floats
Managing the usage of company assets
Gross Margin Management

Experience & Qualification

3 years tertiary qualification
3-5 years management experience
Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management
