Responsibilities:- Ensure efficient day-to-day store operations.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized.
- Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring high levels of performance and teamwork.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards, ensuring customers have a positive experience.
- Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy in inventory.
Requirements:- Computer literate with proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems.
- Experience with conducting stock takes and managing inventory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
