SUMMARY:
Branch Manager, Century City

POSITION INFO:
Day to day general management of the branch, recruitment consultants and service delivery/sales to clients
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set strategy to achieve annual branch target
  • Meet branch KPI’s for both service delivery and business growth
  • General Management of the office (Office space, consultants & clients)
  • Recruitment and Placement of own specs beside rest of the office (training purposes)

Office
  • Hook-up meeting on Monday
  • Procurement/Order of office consumables
  • Management of sales targets / office incentives / office socials
  • Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
  • Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
  • General staff issues and management – dress code, smoke breaks…
 
Recruitment Consultants
  • Set targets / activities to achieve for recruitment consultants
  • Manage the quality of service delivery
  • Manage staff performance and development
  • Training the FLC of recruitment to new staff members
  • Weekly check in meetings
  • Recruitment of new consultants – on an on-going base
  • Oversee compliance to recruitment rules, i.e. criminal checks to be done before extension of offers etc.
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
 
Clients
  • Set strategy for client development
  • New Business Development to grow client base
  • Client Visits with current and new employees’
  • Get to know Danté’s key accounts
  • Managing and driving recruitment campaigns to maximize candidate interest
  • Engaging with local clients with the aim of developing long-term relationships.
  • Coordinating monthly mailshots to clients
  • Collecting of outstanding monies (assisting finance division where needed)
  • Sending placement packs to clients once a candidate start employment
  • Handling queries and complaints
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
 
Administration
  • Consolidated Activities reports
  • Monitor and check all personnel ie payroll administration / appointment / resignation / leave
  • Reconciliation of monthly expenses
  • Compiling financial data to be send to Finance on a weekly or monthly when required
 
General Housekeeping
Make sure that you know what is where in the office

Technology
Make sure that all equipment in the office is in good and working order and that you know how to operate all equipment:
  • Fingerprints system
  • Capturing pictures
  • How to operate the telephone system and to set up a voicemail
  • Troubleshooting with telephones, internet, computers (contact with suppliers)
  • Virus programs are annual updated
Relevant experience required at a Recruitment Agency.
