Requirements / Attributes

Oversee Joinery, Distribution Company and Sales Staff

Must have a good understanding of Balance and Income Statements

Production driven in wooden garage doors, front doors and frames

Production driven in aluminium

Previous Management experience essential

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Must be willing to put in extra hours

Must be willing to keep to a budget and work towards set targets.

A process person, precise and administratively strong
