SUMMARY: An international client with the financial sector based in Botswana is looking for an experienced Branch Manager/Sales Executive to fuse and drive their sales team. The ideal incumbent would be a fast learner, passionate about sales/retail as well as self motivated with a result-driven approach.
POSITION INFO:
Gathering research to identify possibilities for sale and customer satisfaction Seek out new opportunities by cold calling, networking and social mediaConduct meetings with potential clients and evaluate they dislikes/concern and wishesPresent appropriate lectures and products and servicesGenerate frequent reports and reviews with company data such as financial and salesEngage in company conferences or exhibitions Arrange close deals and handle objections Collaborate with other people within the company Convene feedback from clients then share to internal terms of products development
Relevant university Degree/Diploma (advantageous) Drivers license and own transport is compulsory Sales and account management in the financial sector and a proven track record English and Setswana (Proficiency)Expert in MS Office Knowledge of marketing and negotiation techniques
