Branch Manager - Retail (Boksburg)

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a Dynamic ''Go-Getter" candidate to Manage our Store on the East Rand.

-  Our candidate must be a strong sales person and be able to generate new business as well as          rejuvenate lost business.

-  Our Ideal Candiate must have had exposure to managing staff, sales, marketing,                            merchandising, stock management, security and customer service.

-  Meet and exceed monthly targets set as well as monitor staff KPA''s

-  Must have working knowledge of the Retail Industry 

-  Control discounts allowed

-  Assume full responsibilty of the day to day running of the store which includes daily cash-up''s,        daily ordering via MRP, Stock optimization, stock takes and stock rotation.

-  Controlling expenses

-  Follow up that all customer compliants are fully resolved.

-  Our Ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Afrikaans.

-  Excellent Figure and admin skills would be advantageous 

-  Above all - Our Candidate must have excellent customer service skills
