SUMMARY:
Branch Manager (Polokwane)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Deliverables:

ØOverall responsibility for delivering the monthly sales budgets.
ØOverall responsibility for delivering the monthly Gross Profit budget.
ØManaging the sales team in driving their deliverables.
ØEnsuring clients are serviced in line with the high service standards required.
ØLiaising with warehouse and stock managers so as to ensure branch stock requirements.
ØOverall responsibility for monthly branch stock takes.
ØMaking recommendations on sale/special items so as to achieve targets.
ØMaintenance, cleanliness of the JHB branch.
ØDriving initiatives set by management.
ØOverall customer wellbeing/experience
ØOverseeing the implementation of the annual operations plan.
ØConducting meetings with sales staff, warehouse staff, production staff as required.
Ø

Experience and Attributes: 

ØA minimum of 5 years managerial experience operating as a manager (not a 21C), ideally in the security or manufacturing industry.
ØExperience in delivering and driving a sales team and a sales budget.
ØExperience in presenting monthly reporting packs and reporting results to senior management.
ØExperience in working with customers.
ØTechnical knowledge essential.
ØPeople management.
