SUMMARY:
Our client in the Automotive Refrigeration sector has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager, East Rand

POSITION INFO:

Education/Experience:

Must have a Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering Diploma/Degree (non-negotiable)
Automotive or Transport Industry knowledge a plus
Mature in age (ideally over 40 years of age due to reporting structure)
Managing strong technical staff and providing leadership

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the workflow on the Service Centre Shop floor as well as the workflow when working off site at body builders.
Manage internal controls, people and systems.
Manage a profit center (knowledge of basic finance)
Must work with customers, have excellent communication skills (verbally and written) – be customer service focused
Conduct regular technical / work audits, stock audits
Manage subordinate attendance, training, mentoring, planning
Motivate staff to reach their full potential

Salary up to R 600k p/a (including benefits)
