SUMMARY:
Hydraulic Sales Branch Manager

POSITION INFO:

Matric with maths and science
Must be computer literate
Must have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
Tertiary education in relevant field, minimum 3year’s				Sales
	Management experience
Must have at least 2year’s experience in a managerial position
At least 2year’s experience in a manufacturing environment
SYSPRO –ERP knowledge would be an advantageous

Must be customer orientated
	Proven managerial ability
Dynamic, motivated and results driven
Must have excellent negotiation and communication skills
Must have good general administration skills

Must meet budgets that are set out annually for all branches
	under your management.
Financial management of branch; authority levels, debtor’s days
	and net operating expenses.
Manage		sales team to	ensure that the branch attains	sales
	targets.
Providing		of accurate	information to other departments i.e.
	engineering, workshop, management.
	Address customer enquiries.
Tenders (if applicable).
Adherence to all company health and safety policies.
Monthly reporting as required.
Ensuring that the branch is at all time complaint with; Health and
	Safety, IT, HR and Finance policies.
