One of the foremost companies in Tool supply in Midrand is looking for a dynamic and competitive Branch manager with a hands-on approach with exceptional communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships. A problem solver with analytical abilities and understanding of market dynamics

POSITION INFO:

Requirements :

• Several years of demonstrable sales and marketing experience in a similar environment.
• Brand awareness – a clear understanding of brands
• Determination and perseverance
• Strong communication skills including online and social media skills
• Relationship management skills
• A strong focus on results with a hands-on approach
• A high degree of business understanding
• Excellent planning and organising skills

Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate
• Business, Advertising and Marketing, Economics or Engineering qualification
• An advantage would be Power tool & accessories product knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel.
• Willing to travel across SA
• Knowledge of Data Orbis for gap analysis.

Duties:

• Setting of style guides, brand guidelines and vision and value proposition for short and long term
• Product launches and developing new business opportunities
• Identify market opportunities to ensure wide market penetration and generate sales revenue
• Analysis of customer and competitor insights
• Accurate forecasting, and ensure that objectives are met on monthly basis
• Develop an expertise and understanding of the business to better direct strategy training of the sales Team
• Ensure appropriate strategies and tactics are carried out with relevant measurement and evaluation
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure success of your brand
