Branch Manager

SUMMARY:
Experienced Branch Manager with cash handling and general site management experience required for a perm role.

POSITION INFO:

• Opening and closing of branch.
• Receiving and checking of cash.
• Controlling of products and equipment.
• Ordering of cash monthly (cash forecast)
• Monitor payment of teams daily. Daily balancing of teams.
• Conduct regular site visits
• Human Resources including Payroll, IR matters (for example Holding of enquires)
• Locking and setting of time locks.
• Getting new clients for wages and merchants acquiring etc.
• Fleet control – ensure that all vehicles are maintained mechanically with respect to bodywork and that vehicles are always in a clean and tidy condition
• Maintenance of branch. (Lights, Alarms, Windows Toilets ext.)
• Monitor overtime.
• Development and training of staff. 
• Deal with Cash Management regarding cash requirements, problems and queries
• Take responsibility for managing support and technical areas of branch
• Making sure that the branch meets all audit requirements.
• Control of key register and to ensure branch keys are lodged on a daily basis
• Control, manage and ensure compliance to Operational Control Register, Staff Manual, Fleet Manual and Policies and Procedures Manual
