SUMMARY:
Westmead. Well-established company within the steel manufacturing and road safety industry seeks Branch Assistant with excellent customer service skills and strong administration ability.

POSITION INFO:

Deal with customers both telephonically and in-store. Capture orders, prepare and issue quotations, and follow up on quotations. Data entry and upkeep of the organisations databases. Handle cash sales, petty cash, and non-stock purchasing. Perform receiving and dispatching of stock and ensure stock is packed and stored correctly.

Requirements:

Matric
Previous internal sales experience preferred
Previous technical experience preferred
Computer literate
Excellent telephone manner
Must have valid Code 08 drivers licence
