SUMMARY:
An opportunity for a Branch Administrator in the Recruitment sector is available to be based in the Centurion area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 3 to 5 years administration experience
  • Typing experience within the recruitment industry (minimum 50 wpm)
  • Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient in English (speak and write)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with Staff and Management 
  • Willing to work under extreme pressure with a sense of urgency
  • Reporting and data capturing
  • Working knowledge on Placement Partner

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that reports are updated daily: TES report; Order List; Send Out List; Deliverables List; CV’s out List
  • MIE management to mitigate risks
  • Submit reports to the Admin Manager to add to Cluster consolidation daily
  • Type CV’s under the correct branding whether for a permanent or a temporary position
  • Upload candidates’ information onto Placement Partner and ensure all information extracted to CV’s is correct
  • Assist with taking confidential references
  • Adhoc administrative assistance
  • Ensure that CV’s are done through Placement Partner and extracted to MS Word
