SUMMARY:
Our Client is seeking a Branch Administrator with 3-5 years experience in a similar role, with strong administrative and communication skills, high attention to detail as well as the ability to perform within a high-pressure environment. Based in Kathu.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

  • National Senior certificate
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel Advanced preferred).

Responsible for:

  • Branch Finance – Invoices, credit notes, petty cash.
  • Liaising with Head Office HR & Payroll regarding staff timesheets, overtime and leave personnel contracts, transfers etc.
  • Safety Files in conjunction with Head Office Health and Safety Team.
  • Quality Management System Administration in conjunction with Head Office Quality Management Team.
  • Data Capturing of Test Results and Reporting done for Clients.
  • Liaising with Clients.
  • Bookings of technicians as per Client requirements.

Key performance areas:

  • Accurate reporting
  • Accurate Invoicing
  • Effective Tracking of employee movement in and out of the branch
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Timeous communication to clients
