SUMMARY:
My client based in Kimberley is Urgently looking for a professional, well presented Office Administrator that can assist with general day to day functions. The successful candidate must be both Afrikaans and English. Salary R5 000 non negotiable

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Excellent communication skills both in Afrikaans and English
  • Well Presented and professional
  • Advance Excel
  • Pastel
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Excel advanced)
  • Construction exposure will be an advantage
  • 1- 2 Years’ experience

Responsibilities

  • Branch Finance – Invoices, credit notes, petty cash.
  • Liaising with Head Office HR & Payroll regarding staff timesheets, overtime and leave personnel contracts, transfers etc
  • Safety Files in conjunction with Head Office Health and Safety Team
  • Quality Management System Administration in conjunction with Head Office Quality Management Team.
  • Data Capturing of Test Results and Reporting done for Clients
  • Liaising with Clients
  • Bookings of technicians as per Client requirements

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Clear Credit and Criminal checks
  • Validation of Highest Level of Education
  • Valid References
  • South African citizenship or Valid South African Work permit

Salary R5 000 non negotiable
