Liaising with Head Office HR, Finance, Health & Safety regarding these aspects at branch level.

POSITION INFO:

Branch Administrator

Kimberley

Salary: R 5 000 p/m

 

Purpose of the position

Liaising with Head Office HR, Finance, Health & Safety regarding these aspects at branch level.

 

Responsibilities

• Branch Finance – Invoices, credit notes, petty cash.

• Liaising with Head Office HR & Payroll regarding staff timesheets, overtime and leave personnel contracts, transfers etc

• Safety Files in conjunction with Head Office Health and Safety Team

• Quality Management System Administration in conjunction with Head Office Quality Management Team.

• Data Capturing of Test Results and Reporting done for Clients

• Liaising with Clients

• Bookings of technicians as per Client requirements

Key Performance Areas

• Accurate reporting

• Accurate Invoicing

• Effective Tracking of employee movement in and out of the branch

• Accurate record keeping

• Timeous communication to clients

 

Prerequisites

Educational level or equivalent:

• National Senior certificate

Professional experience:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Strong administrative skills

• Ability to perform in a high pressure environment

• Microsoft Office (Excel Advanced preferred)

 

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Clear Credit and Criminal checks

• Validation of Highest Level of Education

• Valid References

• South African citizenship
