Branch Administrator – Strydom Park

Your Electronic Security Experience is needed!!!

A leading supplier in the Electronic Security Industry, consisting of complete solution implementation on end-user sites for CCTV, Access Control, Alarms and Perimeter protection and detection (including Electric Fences, Gate Motors and Intercoms), requires the services of a Sales Consultant ASAP.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous electronic security experience. 

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position

Preference will be given to administration qualifications.

Preference will be given to accounting qualifications.

Pastel Partner experience

Computer literate (MS Office) Pastel & CRM

High Level of communication skills (oral and written in at least English)

Valid driver’s licence

Responsibilities & Skills

Strong proven administration skills.

Strong planning and control skills. 

Stock Control    

Assisting customers with sales and queries.

Coordinate all customer complaints with relevant department head.

Liaising and Co-ordination of deliveries with other branches.

Petty Cash Bank account control and reconciliation.

P&L Balance Sheets & Banking.

Oversee sales department ensuring reports are done and send to HQ, call logs monitor etc.

Driving sales.

Managing staff effectively.

Ability to multitask and time management.

Attention to detail in all departments.

Strong coordinating skills as well as internal engagement between branches.

Analytical.

Salary: Basic of R14 000 to R25 000 (based on experience)
