SUMMARY:
Dealership Branch Accountant - Johannesburg North - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dealership Accountant at a Dealership based in Johannesburg North.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Report and prepare financial statements
Control fixed assets and follow up on outstanding vehicle debtors
Assist DP with management daily, operating and annual financial reports to OEM or dealership management in terms of franchise agreement
Reconcile stock
Daily: Reports and bank statements
Weekly: Management reports, warranty pay outs and recon, overtime management
Monthly: Calculate commissions, journals & recon, salaries, creditors payment, posting demo vehicle depreciation etc.

Requirements:

At least 3 years working experience at dealership level in the automotive industry, either as Accountant or Financial Manager
BCom Degree (or equivalent)
Experience working on Pinnacle
Clear criminal record and credit record
