Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique and gallery
- Deliver exceptional guest service and personalized shopping experiences
- Oversee stock management, merchandising, and supplier relations
- Curate and showcase products, artworks, and bespoke collections that reflect the lodge’s identity
- Drive sales through excellent product knowledge, upselling, and guest interaction
- Manage financial transactions, reporting, and inventory control
- Train and mentor staff to maintain world-class standards of service and presentation
Requirements:- Previous retail or boutique/gallery management experience, preferably in luxury or hospitality
- Strong sales and merchandising skills with a creative eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Passion for art, design, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Business acumen with stock control and reporting experience
