Bookkeeper/Property Admin/PA – (Property Industry) - Northern Suburbs WC – Salary Neg
This is a multifaceted role for a person who is hands on, handles pressure well and can multitask. This is one position, not 3 separate vacancies.
1. BOOKKEEPING – A competent, strong Bookkeeper to TRIAL BALANCE is required-Pastel-sage proficient
1.1 Month end statements. we use a spreadsheet to allocate utility payments-water –etc to each tenant.
1.2 pastel updates daily-and liaising with accountants re the financials.
1.3 statutory payments-paye. vat.
1.4 Monthly control schedules to be updated-budgets, income/ expenses schedules etc-
2.PROPERTY ADMINISTRATION, required to administer and control the day-to-day activities and the running of the business.
2.1 Leases – standard agreement used.
2.2 Maintenance-following up with the services team –services are outsourced.
All other ancillary issues related thereto.
2.3 Lease renewals.
2.4 Rent collections each month
2.5 Insurance claims etc
3. PERSONAL WORK.
All of the director’s personal matters and payments to be attended to.
Salary negotiable.
