SUMMARY:
Bookkeeper - Logistics Industry required for our exceptionally dynamic and reputable Logistics Client. The role will be based in Kempton Park (East Rand) and requires a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role, attending to duties as indicated below. Candidates must have their own reliable transport and a valid license.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily cashflow forecast.
- Capturing and reconciling bank accounts.
- Processing of external and internal supplier and customer invoices.
- Reconciling supplier accounts for payment.
- Reconciling staff loan accounts.
- Intercompany loan account reconciliations.
- Capturing of monthly journals.
- Monthly debtors and creditors age analysis report enquiries and allocations.
Qualification and Skills Required:- Grade 12
- Relevant bookkeeping qualification.
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar position.
- Computer literate.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to use digital applications in a paperless environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Well organised and adheres to strict deadlines.
